Front Desk Representative

The ideal candidate for this position

• Provide exceptional customer service experience on the phone and in person.  
• Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out.
• Assist guests with Reservations, Check-In, Check-Out, and other inquiries 
• Option of training to cover Night Audit shifts for any call outs/vacation time.  Working Night Audit shifts will qualify for a higher hourly wage.
• Maintain cash bank per accounting guidelines.
• Maintain positive working relationships with others
• Ability to multi task and handle stress in busy periods
• The ability to input and access information in the property management system and/ or point-of sale system
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management
• Maintain effective communication within the front office and with all hotel departments.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Dependability and punctuality is not negotiable
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but not required
