Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $40900 - $53200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
• Create engaging creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the website.
• Help to manage calendar planning for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and events.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage QuickBase submissions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to strategic planning.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Create, design, print and distribute all marketing materials to all channels including website, social media and on property.
• Responsible to maintain all marketing visuals on and off property.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Creative Designer or similar role is required.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as well as being on camera. 
• Casino experience is preferred, but not exclusive.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• Experience with Adobe and other creative designing tools is required.
• Experience with calendar planning and QuickBase submissions is highly desirable.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
