Description
1.检查和分析每天工程日志。
2.保持所有机器和控制室干净。
3.检视和保存完整的操作手册、图纸及工程资料文档。
4.培训下级员工达到工作效率和技能水平要求。
5.协助准备每年工程部的预算，定期检查预算的实现情况，如发生重大偏差，需找出满意的解释。
6.当总工程师不在时，要担负起他的责任和工作。
7.在出现紧急或灾难情况时，回应上级和同事的召唤；到场排除故障，并留守酒店，协助进行事故分析和操作。
8.协助并监督工程承包商的工作，确保生命和财产的安全。
9.能源管理：确保经委派负责的特殊更新项目工作没有超出已批准的预算。
10.通过经常更新以确保建筑及结构工程信息系统的文档为现有版本，并可允使用。
11.与订房部、客房部、餐饮部和其它部门协调，确保例常的、预防性的或更新改造的工作及其工作计划如期执行。
12.管理所有委派其负责的土建工作合同。
13.根据公司的规章制度，汇同总工程师提出雇用、晋升、调动和解雇员工的建议。
14.带头做榜样，并鼓励员工按指导原则来规范自己的日常行为。
15.监督设备的使用及其维护保养。
16.出席计划的培训。
17.积极参加公司举办的员工活动。
18.达到酒店规定的仪容仪表及个人卫生的标准。
19.遵守制定的出勤程序。
20.执行员工手册和规章制度。
21.具备有关水处理、机械、制冷机，通风，空调，弱电，音响，电视，灯光，电梯，锅炉，泵等方面的知识。
22.了解掌握政府的要求和技术标准。
23.能够执行酒店服务的要求。
24.有节能方面的知识。
25.严格遵守Hilton品牌要求，完成安排的工作任务。
26.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
Requirements
1.大专及以上学历，电子和机电工程专业优先。
2.有2年以上国际五星级品牌酒店同岗位工作经验者尤佳。
3.流利的普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力及激励人才技能。
4.性格开朗，具备一定抗压能力，并有工程管理经验。
