Your Role at Chili's

As a General Manager at our Jacksonville location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. From managing a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant to ensuring high operational and financial standards, you'll play a vital role in the overall success of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating smoothly
• Deploy staff and resources effectively to maximize profitability
• Maintain brand standards and uphold safety regulations
• Implement creative strategies to increase revenue
• Recognize and support the contributions of restaurant staff

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience, with at least 3 years in P&L management
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program is a plus
• Team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and products
