About the Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service in our dining establishments. You will lead a team of talented individuals, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded. Your exceptional leadership and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure that all service standards are consistently met, from greeting guests to delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front of house
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation and service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
