Your Role in Creating Memorable Experiences

As a key player in our front desk team, you will be instrumental in creating an excellent and unforgettable stay for our guests. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service, whether in person or over the phone. You will ensure that guests are checked in and out efficiently and with a friendly touch.

What We Look for in You

We require basic reading, writing, and math skills for this role. You must be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays. This position demands excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests regularly. You should also be comfortable using your hands and fingers to handle objects and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Your Education & Experience

Do you have a high school diploma or GED? Great! We also welcome any relevant experience or training you may have, even if it's just one to three months. We value a combination of education and hands-on experience.
