Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and work assignments. Supervises a designated crew in performance of daily work duties and assists as needed to insure timely completion.
- Strong background in remodel
- Experience in construction, diciplines, ie carpentry, framing, flooring, tile, trim work, welding, drywall, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes.
- Performs construction and remodeling projects on property.
- Other duties may be assigned.
