Valet - Housekeeping

What will I be doing?

A Valet is responsible for supporting the customer experience by providing high levels of cleanliness, comfort and support to the team of Floor Waitresses. Main tasks:

• Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required

• Ensure that the tools required for your shift are well organised, and that you have everything you need for your shift.

• Clean and prepare assigned areas including but not limited to lift landings and room corridors.

• Stocking offices and storage areas.

• Perform seasonal cleaning, e.g. carpet cleaning, mattress turning.

• Assist the Housekeepers whenever necessary.

• Report incidents to Maintenance.

• Know and operate the necessary cleaning machinery.

• Attending to special requests from clients.

• Performing any other duties related to the department when required by operations.

• Maintain a safe environment for self, customers and colleagues. Respecting the privacy of customers where appropriate, as well as behaving in accordance with the company's safety and security standards
