As a Senior Analyst, Legal Operationsyou will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Legal Operations team reporting to Sr Manager, Legal Operations, you will support projects, including the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management solution (“CLM”).

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions with key project stakeholders, including coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and generating session summaries based on detailed notes.
  • Help prepare materials to brief executive sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and training materials. Help draft change management communications.
  • Post system implementation, handle daily administration of the CLM, including monitoring system performance, managing templates and workflows, running reports to extract data from contracts, etc.
  • Post system implementation, generate reports, and provide insights on contract metrics and performance to support decision-making and compliance efforts.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations within the contract lifecycle management platform.
  • Liaise with Legal’s IT partners both during design and implementation, and steady state.
  • Be the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will lead efforts to design, build, and deploy an enterprise-wide CLM solution and help develop processes and policies to govern the system.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience in an analyst role, supporting a technology solution.
  • Experience working with Microsoft apps, including Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • You will be on-site in McLean, VA.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, with proficiency in system implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Legal operations experience, especially in a Fortune 500 in-house legal department
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
