The Hilton Austin Convention Center is a 4-diamond hotel with 800 rooms and 112,000 square feet of meeting space. This Hotel is nestled between the entertainment district, across from the convention center and walking distance to the 2nd Street District.
We are looking for a Restaurant Sales Manager to join our amazing team to sell events for two amazing unique outlets, The Austin Taco Project & Cannon Belle (biergarten and bourbon bar).
The ideal candidate will have Restaurant industry background, open availability, and passion for wanted to book events. This is a great opportunity to showcase what the Hilton has to offer and book amazing and fun events!
What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Sales Manager, you would be responsible for soliciting, securing and responding to customer inquiries regarding the purchase of food and beverage and use of event facilities in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
