The Kids Club Attendant for PGA National Resort responsibilities:
Summary: Design and execute solid business development strategies, target new and repeat group market targets in a defined geographical and/or vertical market to include but not limited to trending luxury market segments. This position with not only manage group accounts to achieve all stakeholder’s revenue goals but will prospect on a consistent basis to new client engagement and new business development to ensure all revenue goals are achieved.

Summary: Reports to Banquet Manager and receives general direction from Banquet Beverage Manager, Assistant Banquet Managers and Director of Catering & Conference Services. Responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet bars while displaying courteous, professional service to our guests and fellow employees.
Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift. Ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker.
The Outlet Supervisor with PGA National Resort is responsible for assisting in directing and organizing the activities and services of The Butcher's Club and Lobby Bar.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 600 hours from a Florida Board of Massage approved school. Current Certification / License: Current Florida massage therapy license, CPR and First Aid. Special certifications a plus (shiatsu, reflexology, cranial sacral, aromatherapy, neuromuscular).
Reports to Banquet Manager and receives general direction from Catering / Conference Services Department. Responsible for the proper table service along with the proper table arrangements to execute an event from the beginning to the end. Assist Banquet Manager in all functions as designated.
Essential Job Functions for Cocktail Server at PGA National Resort: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Summary: The Pool Supervisor will be providing instruction and directing the daily operation of the pool area. Maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees.
Summary: The Food & Beverage Coordinator assists management with a variety of tasks and clerical projects. Responsible for administrative duties including all required paperwork, forms, reports and inputting schedules in an organized and timely manner.
The F&B Director of Outlets is responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the resort’s food and beverage outlets (Honeybelle, In-Room Dining, pool bar, Spa Café, Market Place). Supports and Manages these Resorts Outlets while working closely with the Outlet Managers, Assistant Outlet Managers, Director of Food and Beverage, and other resort departments.
Summary: The Senior Banquet Manager oversees the managers, captains, and set up team. They are also responsible for ensuring proper set up and service of all banquet functions, supervising all banquet associates to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards as well as establishing rapport with the Catering and Convention Service team and outside clients. The Senior Banquet Manager is a leadership role responsible for training of associates to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with food and beverage standards and company policies and procedures. The Senior Banquet Manager is expected to learn the functions of, and assist in, other outlets of the hotel as necessary during non-peak banquet periods and oversee the Banquets Department when the Director is not present.
Summary: Pizza Cook responsibilities include preparing pizza dough; slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing customers’ orders considering special requests.

Summary: To interact with and greet all clients while providing a personal, instinctive and renewing welcome experience. This position will provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our clients by assisting them with a locker, stocked with a robe and slippers and by replenishing the refreshment center and maintaining a clean locker room area.

The Catering & Events Coordinator at PGA National Resort responsibilities:
Summary: The Conference Services Manager is responsible for intake of client event details and exceptional execution of all details of each conference/event or golf tournament, with the client and will communicate this information through respective Resort department heads. The fundamental requirements are thorough knowledge of Resort Food and Beverage Operations, effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills, actively prospects and solicits new contracts and business opportunities for meetings while consistently participating in the re-booking of repeat business by having a track record of long-term client relationships, team player attitude and guest relations skills.
Coordinates and supervises the execution of all banquet functions to ensure that all services, menu items and activities requested/indicated on the Banquet Event Order are provided.
The responsibilities of a Server Assistant at PGA National Resort's:
Summary: Prepares and paints surfaces of buildings, furniture, and any other surface. Uses appropriate techniques and judgement consistent with Director’s expectations.
The Line Cook for the Members Club at PGA National Resort responsibilities:
Summary: The Banquet Set-up Supervisor is responsible for using proper techniques of keeping the team energized and productive throughout the shift. The banquet Set-up Supervisor should also oversee the banquet event and ensure that all service standards and departmental policies are followed by banquet staff. Pay attention to the function space cleanliness from a maintenance standpoint.
Summary: Reports to Director of Banquets. Overseeing staffing and supervising of banquet functions to the best advantage of the client and resort. Supervise banquet staff and all service personnel in function rooms. Direct contact with clients and various department personnel connected to banquets.
