Under the direct supervision of the Pastry Chef. This position entails prepping and cooking bakery items, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.
Under general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise. Assists the Chief Executive Officer in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.
Under the direct supervision of the Room Chef and the F&B Back of the House Intern, this position entails prepping food items, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.
Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains the offices, common areas, casino floor, restrooms and loading dock area.
Under direct supervision of the IT Applications Assistant Manager – Administration, provides complex system-level support of the Enterprise ERP system and some closely related systems. Provides technical support to all system users. Defines and maintains system configuration processes, including security access and workflow definitions. Applies best industry practices of security, performance optimization, and training tasks to enable users to maximize productivity.
Under direct supervision of the Executive Chef, is responsible for all aspects of baking and pastry operations. Works to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Is responsible for overseeing all assigned kitchen areas to ensure that a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Works with the Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional desserts selection to all venues and casino guests. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation, food service and support areas as applicable. Must have extensive knowledge of Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws. Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE Internal Controls (ICs), consistently.
Under direct supervision of the Benefits Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering benefit programs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Serves as a resource, subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator of team member and vendor issues associated with Enterprise health & welfare programs, as well as the 401k Retirement Program and all Leave of Absence programs. Provides advice and guidance to team members on team member benefits and assists in the design and review of benefit programs and procedures, and leave plans.
Under direct supervision of the Compensation & HRIS Manager, the position will evaluate, analyze and aid in the maintenance of the Enterprise’s compensation program and Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The position performs a variety of moderate to complex technical and professional work in the evaluation, planning, and design of Enterprise-wide compensation programs. The position will maintain the HRIS and ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. The position will support upgrades, patches and other technical projects as assigned.
Under direct supervision of the IT Applications Assistant Manager – Development, reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including coding, testing, and maintenance.
Under direct supervision of the Room Chef and F&B Back of the House Intern, prepares food items according to the production sheet for the assigned area. Delegating task/jobs to cooks, firm understanding of menus or prep sheets, advanced knowledge of basic culinary techniques and methods.

Under direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager, enhances departmental effectiveness back of the house customer service by performing a variety of purchasing related duties and tasks. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor and F&B Front of the House Intern, the Server II maintains efficient and courteous food and beverage operations by greeting guests, anticipating guest’s needs, providing knowledgeable food and beverage service, and providing consistent professional guest relations with a positive upbeat personality. Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE Internal Controls (ICs), consistently.
