  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Night Auditor delivers service excellence to our guests taking care of any overnight needs and reconciling all hotel cashier transactions. This position is responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting food and beverage and front desk revenues and providing accurate, timely information to ensure hotel policy is followed.

• Lobby Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: Lobby attendant is dedicated to providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest expectations of public area cleanliness and service standards are met and or exceeded. Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment at all times including Heart of House and guest areas while demonstrating a courteous, warm and professional attitude at all times.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: Supervise the performance of room, turndown, public area attendants and housemen to ensure the highest level of quality and service. Monitor and address any deviations to quality, company, safety and brand standards. Is committed to providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest expectations of public area cleanliness and service standards are met and or exceeded.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Dishwasher delivers service excellence to the Kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related equipment.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: Room attendant is dedicated to providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest expectations of guest room cleanliness and service standards are met and or exceeded.
