• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Banquet Server delivers service excellence to our guests by providing quality service and committing to guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for preparing for and serving guests during banquet functions in accordance to brand standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation and genuine hospitality.

• Banquet Set Up (Catering/Banquet)

This position is responsible for set up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms.

This position is responsible for processing check-ins and check outs, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues with complying with all Kolter Hospitality standards, policies and procedures.

• Front Desk Manager (Guest Services)

  Position Summary: Assist the Assistant General Manager in managing the front office operations for the hotel.

• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Front Office Manager delivers service excellence to our guest by assisting the General Manager in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, that promotes quality service and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing the front office operations for the hotel. 

• Server (PM) (Food & Beverage)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Evening Server delivers service excellence to our guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. This position is responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
