About this Employer

The new Home2 Suites by Hilton Butte is an 89-suite, four-story extended-stay hotel currently under development at 2232 Cornell Avenue in Butte, Montana. Designed for both short-term and extended-stay travelers, the hotel will feature a flexible mix of king studios, double-queen studios and one-bedroom suites. The approximately 60,000-square-foot property is designed to provide guests with the space, convenience and modern amenities expected from Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand.

Planned hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center, complimentary breakfast area, Home2 Market, guest laundry facilities, boardroom, comfortable lobby and television lounge, and an outdoor grilling patio. The property will also provide 89 parking spaces and electric-vehicle charging stations. Its open public spaces and residential-style accommodations will make it well suited for business travelers, project crews, healthcare visitors, university-related travel, families and guests staying in Butte for several nights or longer.

The hotel is strategically located near the junction of Interstates 15 and 90, giving it excellent visibility and convenient access for travelers moving throughout Montana and the greater Rocky Mountain region. Nearby Bert Mooney Airport provides direct air service to Salt Lake City and Denver, further supporting corporate and leisure travel into the market.

Butte is a distinctive Southwest Montana community with a diverse demand base that includes education, healthcare, government, energy, construction, mining-related industries and regional commerce. Montana Tech is known for its engineering, natural sciences, business and health-profession programs, creating consistent demand from students, families, visiting faculty, athletic teams and university partners.

Leisure travelers are also drawn to Butte’s nationally recognized mining history, historic Uptown district and attractions such as the World Museum of Mining, Berkeley Pit and the surrounding outdoor recreation of Southwest Montana.

This new hotel represents an exciting opportunity to build a team and establish a strong service culture from the ground up while introducing a modern Hilton extended-stay product to the Butte market.
