Under direct supervision of the Benefits Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering benefit programs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Serves as a resource, subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator of team member and vendor issues associated with Enterprise health & welfare programs, as well as the 401k Retirement Program and all Leave of Absence programs. Provides advice and guidance to team members on team member benefits and assists in the design and review of benefit programs and procedures, and leave plans.
Under general direction of Environmental Services Shift Manager, supervises the daily activities of Environmental Services, including personnel assignments, training and management, quality assurance, problem resolution, and inventory control.
Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Director, exhibits culinary talents by providing vision, personally performing tasks, leading and managing the staff in all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and team members’ satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Maintains extensive knowledge on menu development and completion. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Maintains a hygiene level above that required by the local health department and ensures that food sanitation, safety and proper food handling functions are practiced on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation, food service and support areas as applicable. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works in tandem with culinary staff to exceed guest’s expectations. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains the offices, common areas, casino floor, restrooms and loading dock area.
