• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  POSITION PURPOSE:To assist the banquet department with the coordination and service delivery of food and beverage experiences to our guests.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items.  This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  As the Night Audit, you are essentially working without management supervision, so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day, as well as checking guests in and out during non-traditional hours. • Maintenance Tech II (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Responsible for the preventative, repair, and maintenance of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems, equipment, and building aesthetics.

• Sales Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  The Sales and Catering Admin has overall responsibility for providing administrative support for Sales and or/Catering and for the efficient and smooth execution of all catering events.  Individual must utilize available resources to provide excellent customer satisfaction.  Requires knowledge of, and adherence to, hotel’s policies and procedures and all Sales/Catering policies, systems and procedures.  The Sales & Catering Admin will meet or exceed sales standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained.  Work hours/days vary as directed by the business needs and can include weekends and Holidays.  

• Laundry Attendant Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Assure efficient retrieval, processing, and distribution of the laundry in order to provide laundry services to our guests.  

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  To supervise, direct, assist, and assure the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to Room Attendants and Housepersons in guest rooms and corridors to maintain Interstate’s high standards of cleanliness.

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Assure efficient retrieval, processing, and distribution of the laundry in order to provide laundry services to our guests.
