• Busperson (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Bus position will perform a variety of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and dining areas in clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include clearing, cleaning and sanitizing tables and seating according to company standards; setting tables with the appropriate silverware, glass, and china; and maintaining neat and clean work station during service; provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or General Manager, depending upon local requirements.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guest(s) and seating them at an appropriate table before they are introduced to their server. The Host/Hostess may perform a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.

• Second Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Second Cook is responsible for food production, preparation and presentation, and is able to rotate through all food stations to ensure a high quality product is served to the customer. This role will perform a variety of duties in the preparation and cooking of various food products. The Second Cook is responsible for communicating any potential problems to the manager on duty, providing the highest level of service to customers and associates at all times, and performing all responsibilities as directed by assigned management. This is a non-exempt position which reports to the Manager, Assistant Manager or Operations Director, depending upon local requirements.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.

• Utility - Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  The Utility associate is responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; loading and unloading supply trucks; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non- exempt position.
