  Line cooks are essential to delivering a high-quality, consistent guest dining experience.  Working with guidance from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, Line Cooks execute food preparation and presentation methods to create Instagram-worthy food presentations.  The primary role of a Line Cook is to practice all safe food-handling methods, accurately and consistently prepare food, adapt to guest requests for modifications, and work quickly and efficiently to meet service time expectations.

• Housekeeping Attendant / Turndown Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Turndown Attendants make a long-lasting impression and greatly influence the total guest experience.  Cleaning each hotel guest room and public area to brand standard ensures a welcome and relaxing environment for our guests while they’re away from home.  Turndown Attendants create memorable moments for guests to experience in their guestroom. You have great attention to detail, making sure each element of the room is prepared for guest arrival or return.  The primary responsibility of a Turndown Attendant is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests, and work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges.

• Housekeeping Inspector (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Inspector supports training and development of housekeepers and housemen while promoting the cleanliness and productivity goals of the housekeeping department. Responsible for inspecting rooms and public spaces, ensuring availability and accessibility of necessary supplies, and supporting a safe and structured work environment, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in overall employee and guest satisfaction.

• Public Area Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition. The Restaurant Host is also responsible for delivering room service orders to guests.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Guest Service Supervisor is a leader for the hotel’s front desk and guest services team. Guest Service Supervisors must be strong problem-solvers with an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction throughout the hospitality experience. The Supervisor will assist in adequate staffing, promote hotel brand standards, train and coach team members, and model expected behavior. The primary responsibilities of a Guest Service Supervisor include resolving guest challenges, modeling and executing hotel brand service standards, exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining excellent communication with guests, team members, managers, and other hotel department teams.
