Bentley Legacy Holdings was founded in 2013 with the purpose of actively managing family investments. Bentley Legacy Holdings (“BLH”) encompasses multiple hotels, restaurants and operating businesses with a primary focus on the hospitality industry. We continue to diversify our investment activities in companies with the same vision, quality and ethics to which we hold ourselves.
The Bentley family history in hospitality started when LV Bentley graduated from Cornell University with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. LV went on to own and manage two hotels in Carlisle, Pennsylvania: The Molly Pitcher Hotel and The James Wilson Hotel. LV’s younger brother, Frank, later partnered with him in the hospitality industry. Les V. Bentley II is the eldest son of Frank Bentley. Les continued working in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels, then Wyndham Hotels and eventually founded Aimbridge Hospitality. Les has four daughters who had established independent careers and have now converged at BLH continuing the family tradition leading in hospitality.
