Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in comparable operation
- Demonstrate competence in teambuilding, quality operations, problem solving, and administration.
- Ability to use Agilysis point-of-sale and reservation software and equipment along with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining daily standards.
License Requirements
- DBR-RI
- Alcohol awareness server training
Essential Job Functions
- Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as all Bally's policies and procedures.
- Responsible for all aspects of daily FOH operations
- Presents a positive image of the restaurant at all times. Interacts with vendors and the public so as to increase the appreciation of the restaurant and the brand in the marketplace.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Work a minimum of 40+ hours per week.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights.
Working Conditions
- Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
