Front Desk Agent

As Front Desk Agent, you will be a member of our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.  

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Must have prior Hyatt or luxury brand hotel experience or in a similar role
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from 7 AM - 11 PM
• Must be able to work weekends
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
