Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront view.

To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobby floors, banquet space, and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
• To service all public restrooms in lobby, convention, and pool areas.
• To service the executive offices.
• Services both men's and ladies associate locker rooms.
• To service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby, convention, outdoor, and all other public areas focusing on keeping areas neat and clean at all times.
• Ensure main guest entrance is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
• Ensure all ash urns and trash bins throughout property are neat and clean at all times.
• Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times.
• To service guest and associate elevators.
• To ensure that hotel, guest, and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
• Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
• Offer assistance and information to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to maintain a 4-Diamond level of service.
• Able to work with Management on special projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

ENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:

• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Requires repetitive motion of arms, hands, and back.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

• Phone, push to talk radio, cart, vacuum, mop and broom, duster and chemicals.
