What You’ll Do
  • Exemplifies MCR’s values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  • Practice, support, and promote the Vision and Mission Statements, and Core Values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
  • Coordinate execution of creative projects to include, but not limited to print, digital media, direct mail, publications, signage, tv, radio, eblasts, presentation materials and other advertising needs.
  • Write, proofread, and edit advertising copy.
  • Coordinate creation of and execute uploads to Teams of dynamic content for marquee and CastNet/Scala digital signage systems.
  • Work with internal departments to develop and implement guest service and informational campaigns.
  • Coordinate and write work orders for internal design projects including signage, menus, table tent inserts, digital signage, direct mailers, presentation materials and other advertising needs.
  • Ensure campaigns have proper messaging, correct spelling, accurate information and meet brand standards.
  • Initiate new job requests and work orders with third party creative agencies.
  • Upload and download large creative files to vendor Teams accounts.
  • Enter and track projects in Project Management software systems (InMotion/Lytho)
  • Add, tag, and organize files in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Coordinate, proofread and approve monthly multicultural print ads in Asian languages.
  • Monitor and update monthly checklists and project tracker to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Check vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist with budgeting, purchasing and GL and P&L reporting.
  • Maintain and update Creative Services check book/budget tracking.
  • Provide occasional graphic design support as needed.
  • Provide production support as needed. Includes, but not limited to cutting, laminating, folding, etc.
  • Coordinate posting, distribution, and delivery of collateral.
  • Open new job tickets and archive and organize completed projects.
  • Present creative updates at meetings as requested.
  • Attend, participate and work events and functions as needed and/or assigned including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Monitor, order and inventory supplies for creative and advertising purposes.
  • Communicate with departments, vendors, and clients, as necessary.
  • Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Smile and engage with guests, team members and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
  • AA required, BA preferred, in Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in the creative industry (marketing, design, production, advertising, communications, printing, etc.) or other related fields.
  • Three plus (3+) years’ marketing experience preferred.
  • Skilled in Excell, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Adobe Acrobat
  • Skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and skills in Project Management Software, Digital Asset Management (DAM) Software and/or CastNet/Scala system preferred.
How You’ll Be Successful
  • Demonstrate proficient skill using PC and Mac based computer applications including Microsoft Operating system, with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets for budgeting.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate proven knowledge of marketing, advertising, media, communication, design, production and printing processes.
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Demonstrate proficient skill in business writing; including grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
  • Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills and the ability to give, accept and apply feedback.
  • Ability to effectively present ideas, both verbally and visually.
  • Demonstrate proficient skill in balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information and materials.
