Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

To clean and maintain all public and associate areas, in accordance with Omni Standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operate andmaintainMisc.floorcareequipment.

• Ensure all public spaceareas,furniture, and floorsarecleaned andmaintained.

• Shampoo and spot clean all hotel carpeted areas.

• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machinery and supplies

• Shampoo lobby and public area carpets.

• Shampooallguestroom and hallway carpets

• Reporting alldamagesto carpeted areas.

• Responsible for rotation ofthrowrugs.

• Proper documentation of scheduled cleaning cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able toworka flexible schedule,specificallyweekends and holidays.

• Previoushousekeeping experience preferred (hotel preferred, although other environmental services positions will be considered).

• Strong attention to detailrequired.

• Good communication, time management, follow-through,and customer services skills arerequired.

• Must be able to work around a variety of chemicals and be able to respond to hazardous situations

ENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:

• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds withoutassistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.Requires repetitive motion.
