What will you do?

• Set up buffet areas and stations as per company standards
• Monitor & refill cooked and cooled food items at the buffets
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
• Run food orders from the in-seat kitchen to the dining room
• May attend to guests’ needs for beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures

More about you

• Experience in fine dining, catering, or luxury service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
• Excellent communication skills

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance, and move food trays, weighing up to 20 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Visual acuity and hearing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length ofthe shift; may include walking up and down stairs
