Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service by presenting and serving our delicious menu items to guests.
• Utilize Reservation and Micros systems. Ensure that guests are properly and timely sat for dining experience.

• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations

• Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized

• Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
