What will you do?

• Assist with training and communicating alcohol service policies to associates including Bartenders and Concessions Workers
• Monitor staff to ensure that all alcohol service policies are being followed; address and report any deviations to management
• Discuss alcohol service policies with staff to correct violations
• Assist staff with completing alcohol incident reports when necessary
• Assist with alcohol service cutoff as needed 
• Other duties as assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous experience with alcohol sales and service preferred
• Ability to be assertive and provide corrective coaching to others
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• May be exposed to crowded areas and varying noise levels
