The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Lead Concessions Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

$24.00 – $28.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance
  • Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards
  • Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary
  • Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies 
  • Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise 

More about you

  • 1-2 years of prior experience supervising a team in a food and beverage or hospitality setting
  • Must be able to implement rules, manage and motivate a diverse team effectively
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak event times.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to work extended hours based on operational needs.

Physical requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
