Executive Hospitality Leader Needed — VP of Operations, New York City
Tiempo Completo

Bridge Hotel Group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to provide leadership oversight for a New York City–based hotel portfolio. The portfolio includes branded assets affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, spanning full-service, lifestyle, and select-service segments.

This role is designed for a senior operator with deep experience in complex urban environments, strong executive presence, and the ability to drive performance across highly visible assets in one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the world.

The Role

The Vice President of Operations will have full operational responsibility of a portfolio of New York City hotels, partnering closely with ownership, executive leadership, and property-level General Managers to ensure excellence in financial performance, guest experience, brand compliance, and organizational culture.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Executive oversight of all hotel operations within the assigned New York City portfolio.

  • Direct leadership, development, and performance management of General Managers.

  • Ownership of asset condition, capital planning alignment, and brand compliance.

  • Strategic partnership with ownership, investors, and brand leadership.

  • Implementation of short- and long-term operational initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Accountability for financial performance, guest satisfaction metrics, employee engagement, and owner relations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Vice President of Operations or equivalent senior leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success managing NYC hotel portfolios.

  • Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of hotel operations and P&L management.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in union and non-union environments (where applicable).

  • A leadership style that is confident, collaborative, and culturally driven.

  • A track record of building high-performing teams while delivering consistent results in demanding markets.

Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to assume senior operational leadership for a concentrated New York City portfolio within a growing hospitality platform. The role offers meaningful visibility with ownership, influence over strategic direction, and the ability to make a direct impact in a premier urban market.
