Job Summary: The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled & professional F&B personnel. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in hospitality but may not have serving experience. There is a lot of room for growth. We are willing to train people with a positive, can-do attitude.
Job Knowledge:The successful candidate will have passion for the industry, creativity, a drive for excellence and is expected to be a positive contributor.
Education: Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests and co-workers. Multi-lingual is always a plus.
Physical Abilities: Working on your feet, moving about at a quick pace for long hours at a time; must be able to lift, carry and move up to 35 pounds; must be able to work in a hot environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Offer support to the service staff
- Work a variety of special events within the resort, outdoor spaces and the beach
- Assist in running food and clearing tables
- Provide bread and water service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings
Job Description
Ensure members and guests have an enjoyable dining experience by being a floating back up to assist the servers and bartenders in all aspects of service.
Schedule
We are open 365 days a year must be able to work weekends and holidays.
