The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Culinary Administrative Assistants to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks in the Culinary department.

$19.00 – $21.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails and managing documents
  • Provide basic administrative support which includes coordinating activities and meetings, assisting with onboarding and department training, and contacting and scheduling team members for multiple internal locations.
  • Support health and safety initiatives
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedure

More about you

  • Minimum one year experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
