Job Summary

The Information Systems Support Technician provides comprehensive technical support to end users across hospitality properties. This role is responsible for monitoring and resolving service requests, performing problem analysis, escalating issues when appropriate, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and timely support.

Training & Experience

  • End-user computing and property hardware support for hotels and clubs.
  • Windows 11, Windows Server basics, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
  • Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) user and access management.
  • Endpoint management, imaging, patching, and asset tracking.
  • Hospitality networking including guest and staff Wi-Fi.
  • Hospitality systems such as PMS, reservations, and guest-facing technologies.
  • Telecommunications, PBX, conferencing, and AV systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues for break/fix incidents and service requests, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and closure.
  • Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and application-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
  • Respond to support requests in person, by phone, or via remote connectivity tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and telephone equipment.
  • Support LAN, WAN, wireless connectivity, structured cabling, and basic TCP/IP networking issues.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for voice and fax systems including PBX and voicemail platforms.
  • Coordinate system-level software installations, upgrades, patches, and peripheral deployments.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data and comply with security policies.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and on-call or weekend rotation as needed.

Schedule: Flexible schedule including weekends or on-call rotations
