Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to company and brand standards
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replace towels, toiletries, and other room supplies
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors)
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures)
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies
- Ensure guest privacy and security while working
- Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Time management and ability to work efficiently
- Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting, walking)
- Basic English communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment up to 50lbs, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for this position in NYC is $18-20 per hour. The exact hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job and industry, education, and more.
