Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests during check-in and check-out
• Manage registrations, secure payments, and adjust billing
• Confirm guest details and handle room selections
• Provide electronic room keys
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests professionally
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Consistently deliver high standards of service
• Anticipate and proactively address guest needs
• Implement creative solutions while adhering to brand standards
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings
• Foster professional relationships with guests and clients
• Offer local area recommendations and information

Skills & Experience
