The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will create and launch marketing campaigns and events at Wheeling Island Casino.

What will you do?

  • Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
  • Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestones
  • Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
  • Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes

More about you

  • No experience or diploma required
  • Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
  • Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
