Job Summary:

Join a team dedicated to perfection at the prestigious Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. Your role as a Houseperson/Set-up specialist will involve creating unforgettable experiences through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Ensure all function spaces are maintained to the highest standards
  • Assist with food and beverage setups to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Banquet Managers to uphold the resort's exceptional reputation

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma preferred

Experience: Prior hospitality experience preferred

Certificates or Licenses: N/A

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to handle physical tasks, lifting and moving items with ease
  • Strong attention to detail to execute tasks to perfection
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members and guests
