• Perform routine preventative maintenance and timely repairs throughout guest rooms, public spaces, offices, and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot and address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, recognizing that a quick solution can turn a guest concern into a memorable moment of care.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs before they affect guests, associates, or hotel operations.
• Support the upkeep of life-safety systems, pool or fitness areas where applicable, exterior grounds, and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain organized work areas, accurate maintenance records, proper tools, and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate effectively with hotel leadership, housekeeping, front desk, and outside vendors to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Uphold brand standards, safety procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

You are resourceful, dependable, and naturally observant. You notice the details others miss: the door that does not close quite right, the light that needs attention, the temperature that is not quite comfortable. You understand that hospitality is not limited to the front desk—it lives in every clean, safe, well-functioning space a guest encounters.

• Experience in hotel, commercial building, apartment, facilities, or general property maintenance is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and remain calm, courteous, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, preventative maintenance, and high standards of workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and vendors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting, climbing ladders, standing, bending, and moving throughout the hotel.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call needs.
