The Sous Chef is responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to co-workers (internal customers) and all guests.
The Barista contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. The Barista provides customers a Starbucks experience by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
The Barback shall procure and stock alcoholic and nonalcoholic products as well as other consumables related to the distribution of food and beverages to guests throughout the gaming facility.
The Teleservices Agent III’s primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional VIP traveler care. The Teleservices Agent III manages high-volume and complex travel requests and high-pressure situations while adhering to strict deadlines. The Teleservices Agent III handles all channels of incoming and outbound contacts within the contact center including, but not limited to inbound calls, outbound calls, chats, SMS, web requests, and email; directing or transferring the contact when appropriate. Teleservices Agent III is responsible for VIP hotel, travel, spa, cooking studio and restaurant reservations, or other special event RSVP tracking. Teleservices Agent III is responsible for building appropriate domestic and international package itineraries and schedules accordingly. Teleservices Agent III is responsible for outbound calling in an attempt to book a reservation, a special event, or to propose further services or amenities to a current reservation. Teleservices Agent III is responsible for fulfilling all contact requests including host reservations, assuring that the requests are executed accurately to not negatively impact the business. Also, the agent is expected to represent the company positively by providing a warm greeting and assuring guest satisfaction meets or exceeds set standards throughout the full guest interaction.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the male side of the spa.
Under general direction from the Training Manager, (Supervisor) coordinates all training records, class enrollments, generates certificates, orders supplies and maintains Great Plains entry. Supports the Training Team as needed in the development of curriculum, workbooks, multimedia visual aids, refresher training, etc. Facilitates New Hire Orientation and all brand training as needed. Works with managers and staff to ensure completion and effectiveness of development to ensure alignment with business and tribal development strategies. This position is responsible for conducting auditions and tracking progress. Auditions will consist of role-plays using prepared scenarios. The Training Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the candidate. Potential candidates will be required to successfully complete and pass the audition in order to be considered for all Front-of House positions.
