Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor, the Environmental Services (EVS) Attendant is responsible for maintaining best in class standards of extensive cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Casino and off-site buildings.
Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, the Casino Manager on Duty (MOD) is ultimately responsible for the guest experience on the casino floor. The MOD has a span of control over all casino floor operations including the ability to hold management-level team members accountable for their respective departmental impact on the guest experience.
Under the direction of the Guest Services leadership team, the Player’s Club Ambassador is responsible for supporting player’s club membership practices and various administrative duties associated with club membership and Guest Services. The Player’s Club Ambassador supports and compliments all property departments through VIP engagement and contacts. This position requires direct contact with the public while delivering superior guest service in accordance with department and enterprise standards, policies and procedures as created by Yaamava’ Resort & Casino.
The Auditor II – Casino Accounting role is a critical position to the enterprise and requires an individual with the utmost integrity to provide the oversight responsibilities of this position. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Revenue Audit, Auditor II – Casino Accounting plans and executes audits of gaming revenue by verifying, allocating and posting transactions and daily cash deposits. The Auditor II – Casino Accounting summarizes audit findings and offers recommendations. In addition, the Auditor II – Casino Accounting is responsible for compiling data and preparing formal audit findings, generating reports substantiating their findings in order to reconcile entries, verifying reporting, and preparing daily revenue reports for management, (all while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations). The Auditor II – Casino Accounting ensures compliance with the Gaming Commission’s Tribal Gaming Minimum Internal Controls (TICS) and the Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), by studying the standards, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Under general supervision of the Drop & Count Supervisor, the Drop & Count Staff is responsible for verifying all Cages for the cold box count before the slot drop. Disburses cold boxes at all machines that are scheduled to be dropped per zone. Removes hot boxes from slot machines and ensures that all hot boxes are secured and accounted for. The Drop & Count Staff opens and sorts the contents of the table games, CDU, ATM and gaming machine drop boxes, which consists of counting currency and chips removed from the drop boxes and recording and accounting for the currency and chips. In addition, the Drop & Count Staff member accurately follows all policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the Gaming Commission’s Tribal Gaming Minimum Internal Controls (TICS) and the Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), by studying the standards, adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Under the direction of the Executive Pastry Chef, the Assistant Pastry Chef will direct, assist, and train all sous chefs, lead bakers, and bakers in the production and preparation of baked products, baking methods, and ingredients as set by Food & Beverage/Culinary Management teams. The Assistant Pastry Chef is responsible for the quality and final product for the guest (venue). They will maintain all food, equipment, and kitchens to set health codes and casino standards and maintain a positive, team-oriented, and accommodating attitude toward guests (internal and external), fellow team members, and management.
Under the direction of the Executive Steward, the Steward Supervisor directs, assists, supervises and trains all Stewards in maintaining all assigned kitchen and Food & Beverage work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition on a daily basis. The Steward Supervisor ensures the facilities meet all San Manuel and Health Department regulations. The Stewarding Supervisor operates in representation of the Stewarding team’s best in class culture, while championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community’s vision, mission and values.
Under the direction of the Manager, Theater Operations the Supervisor, Theater Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations by providing optimal guest experience and introducing initiatives to improve guest and team member satisfaction based on established Yaamava’ Resort & Casino standards. The Manager, Theater Operations plays a key role by providing the operational guidance to assure the smooth operation of shows and events, in addition to their involvement in planning, developing, and maintaining venue schedules to provide Best in Class service for performers, vendors, and team members. The Supervisor, Theater Operations also champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s vision, mission and values.
Under the direction of the Hotel Reservations Manager, the Reservations Agent is responsible for assisting potential and current guests with all room sales needs and inquiries while meeting the Forbes Travel Five Star guidelines. The Reservations Agent is the “voice” of the Hotel and the first impression for guests. The Reservations Agent provides Best in Class guest service through attentive and efficient room sales bookings/updates, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Reporting to the Director, Spa Operations, the Manager, Spa & Pool Services provides leadership, direction and supervision of their team in the daily operations for the massage, pool and skincare services of the Hotel, including, but not limited to, massage and skincare excellence, pool operations, guest experience, and Spa facilities upkeep. The Manager, Spa & Pool Services is a strategic leader who excels in managing, using creative ways to lead a team, optimize merchandise and service selections, while maximizing Best in Class service resulting in continued sales profit. Additional responsibilities include marketing, operational excellence, budgeting/forecasting and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The Manager, Spa & Pool Services is also responsible for ensuring clean, sanitary and safe environment and services are provided for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
Reporting to the Salon & Concierge Manager, the Spa Concierge Supervisor provides leadership, direction and supervision of their team in the daily operations of the Hotel’s health and wellness operations, including, but not limited to, Spa reservations/concierge, guest experience, fitness, wellness, Spa retail and Spa facilities upkeep. This leader works closely with upper management to direct and mentor their team, optimize merchandise and service selections while maximizing Best in Class service, resulting in continued sales profit. Additional responsibilities include marketing, operational excellence, exceeding financial obligations and strong vendor relationships, as well as ensuring clean, sanitary and safe environment and services for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for providing turndown and cleaning service for all vacant and occupied rooms. Responsible for providing and maintaining 5-Star, 5-Diamond rating experience according to our Forbes standards. The Turndown Attendant also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.
Under the direction of the HVAC Supervisor, the HVAC Mechanic is responsible for performing a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling and ventilation systems across the enterprise.
Under the direction of the Safety Supervisor, the Safety Specialist is responsible for the safety of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel property. This role is also responsible for the safety of all team members, guests, and the public while onsite including events and activities. The Safety Specialist makes every reasonable effort to promote accident prevention, fire protection and health preservation. With guidance from the Safety Supervisor, this role also provides tactical safety direction to all departments within Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. The Safety Specialist leads through influence, not authority and drives compliance to protect the property as necessary. In addition, the Safety Specialist supports property safety programs and assures safety compliance with Tribal, Federal, State, and Local regulations by team members, vendors, and contractors. This role also works closely with all levels of leadership to assure policies and programs are effectively developed, implemented, communicated, and supported throughout the property.
