  The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for handling purchasing functions, maintaining an effective filing system and assisting in obtaining bids for hotel supplies. He/she is also responsible for optimizing the effectiveness in providing the hotel with the best prices for the best products and contributing to the overall profitability of the hotel.

• Cook I (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Ready to turn up the heat? As our Cook, you’ll be the go-to expert for preparing and supervising food across all outlets — from the restaurant and café to room service, the employee cafeteria, and banquets. You’ll keep the kitchen humming with efficiency while ensuring every dish looks and tastes amazing.  

• Kitchen Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a Kitchen Steward, you're the hero behind the sparkle! You'll keep our china, glass, and silver shining, make sanitation a top priority, and team up with the kitchen crew to keep every corner spotless. From scrubbing equipment to organizing utensils and ensuring food is stored and rotated just right, you're the guardian of cleanliness and order in our kitchen kingdom.
