  Salary: $15.00 per hours + tips.  Fouquet’s New York is hiring a highly skilled and experienced seasonal barback with a passion for hospitality to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in beverage with extensive experience in a similar upscale establishment, and a strong ability to deliver excellent customer service. Duties:  Ensure the current health and safety regulations (clothing, personal hygiene) are followed Provide high-quality bar service Ensure the equipment is used as intended to make sure it lasts Prepare juices, mixers and garnishes.  Ensure bartender is set-up for success  Monitor and replenish supplies as needed Wash and stock glasses, tools and equipment Breaking the bar down; cleaning counter, tables, dishes, glasses, mixing tools, service equipment, etc.  Store the various items and/or goods according to the applicable organization guidelines Ensure the working area is kept clean (glassware, presentation bottles, furniture, etc.) Take delivery of products and store them (drinks, consumables, etc.) Guarantee customer satisfaction The ideal candidate would have: Previous barback experience The ability to work quickly and provide exceptional guest service A friendly, outgoing personality, with a genuine desire to provide warm hospitality to guests TIPS certification Note: Job descriptions may evolve or change over time as the needs of the organization and position evolve.
