Your Role:

• Plan for shift and shift prep
• Develop and execute innovative recipes, adding flair to our regional menu.
• Ensure consistent quality by following house recipes and line cards.
• Manage various kitchen tasks including cooking, prep, dish handling, and maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

We're Looking For:

• A chef with a passion for culinary arts and regional cuisine.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new dishes and flavors.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Experience in a professional kitchen is highly desirable.
