Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water
- Stock all food areas with necessary inventory
- Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times
- Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order
- Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment
- Follows the Thoughtful Service model at all times
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville’s internal controls, policies and procedures
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends
- Performs other duties as assigned
