Preventative Cleaning Tech Overview:

Deep cleaning is an essential part of the hotel and is conducted monthly or quarterly.  As a Preventative Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.  A deep cleaning of the rooms will include removal of all linen, turning mattress, washing carpets, cleaning windows, and changing filters while following all company safety procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Removal and replace all linen and terry.
• Vacuuming and deep cleaning carpets.
• Thoroughly clean bathroom, scrub grout and remove shower buildup.
• Inspect the room for any broken items and schedule to be replaced.
• Clean, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Maintain and clean all electronics and light fixtures.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Limited maintenance duties performed.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
