Responsibilities 

• Maintain open communication with clients regarding orders in all premium dining areas.
• Assist with catering functions as needed.
• Uphold guest service standards. Investigate food quality and service complaints.
• Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to sales and requisitions.
• Assist Premium Managers and Supervisors with data entry and administrative tasks.

Learning Objectives:

• Learn how to run a shift and do all daily operations.
• Learn about profit & loss, inventory management, labor, and cost of goods.

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Pursuing a Degree in Hospitality is preferred
• Software/Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Other Skills or Experience: Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures. Familiar with standard food and beverage equipment. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Self-starter and able to work independently.
