As a Breakfast Cook, you will have the exciting responsibility of carefully and safely preparing freshly made to order breakfast for our guest. Your skills will help maintain a safe and welcoming kitchen environment, as you perform general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas. You will ensure food safety by dating and rotating food containers, safely storing perishables, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in monitoring pars for shift use, ensuring that correct amounts are pulled for prep and noting items that need replenishment. Must have EXCELLENT guest service skills, as this position is primarily working with guest preparing made to order breakfast. 

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Some kitchen experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, moving, handling objects, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Comfortable working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months related experience and/or training.
