  •        You will join the Food & Beverage team in the Conference and Events Operations team 
  •        You enjoy supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. You will work closely with the management team, deputising in their absence, and working towards common goals.
  •        Are you an ambitious Food & Beverage professional looking to develop your leadership skills and passionate about guiding your team to success? Do you have excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills? Then this is the job for you!
  •        You will be the face of the outlets, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience 
  •        Ability to work in different areas of Food & Beverage including Breakfast, Bar, Restaurant, In Room Dining and Conference & Events 
  •        Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations across all food and beverage outlets 
  •        Communicate and delegate tasks to the team 
  •        Ensure compliance of brand standards 
  •        Effective time management and communication skills 
  •        Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner 
  •        Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets 
  •        Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets 
  •        Adhere to all hotel brand standards 
  •        As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays
