本职位要求在餐厅服务的服务人员能为客人提供有效率以及专业的服务，在符合国际希尔顿服务标准的前提下保证向客人提供周到的服务，令客人感到舒适满意。  

我的具体职责是什么?  

作为餐厅领班，您将应以最高标准完成以下任务： 

  • 熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，并可以向客人做出详细解释。了解健康食品的要求，可以提出适当的建议。 
  • 熟悉自助餐台上的食品。 
  • 保持自助餐台清洁。 
  • 熟悉饭店其他餐厅菜单上的食品，并向客人推荐。 
  • 检查收银设备的准备工作。 
  • 与主管或经理检查预定，并确认人数较多的预定。 
  • 保证所有用具的清洁，并为客人进入餐厅做准备。 
  • 在必要的时候协助酒吧及厨房的同事，并完成经理交予的任务。 
  • 对经过的客人问候并提供菜单和抱以微笑。 
  • 微笑服务，协助客人就座，储存外套或背包，并作自我介绍。 
  • 为客人引位，并询问客人希望就座于吸烟区或非吸烟区。
