The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Outlets Team at the award-winning Las Vegas property!

Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee Zen and In Room Dining. 

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior beverage/ bar leadership experience and experience working in a union environment. Prior experience in multi venue operations is preferred for this role.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support for Food and Beverage hourly team members
  • Train, develop, evaluate and schedule team members.
  • Performs administrative duties such as, scheduling, payroll, labor management, purchasing and inventory control
  • Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
  • Communicate all group information/changes to appropriate hotel team members in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinate all aspects of service to include but not limited to:
    • Food and beverage requirements
    • Timing of events
    • Special attention guests
    • Table setup
    • Special requests
    • Complimentary desserts, drinks, etc.
    • Billing instructions
    • Authorized signatures
  • Other reasonable work related duties
