Essential Duties And Responsibilities
include the following:- Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate and evaluate the activities of Surveillance personnel in monitoring casino activities.
- Ensure the policies, rules and regulations of the Company, State and other authorities are adhered to.
- Assist surveillance management with new employee training and refresher training.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises cast members in the Surveillance department on a shift-to-shift basis. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Qualifications

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.Reasoning Ability

Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s Shreveport from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Shreveport Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
